7.6 Transmission to a Group
To send the scanned data to a registered Group, follow the steps below.

For more information on how to register a Group, refer to "Registering a
Group" on Page 6-16.

Press [SCAN] on the touch panel.

Press the [Group] key.
– In the initial settings, the Select Destinations/Storage Locations
screen (E-Mail) is displayed. For information on the initial settings of
the Scan tab, contact your administrator of the copier.

Press the Name of the destination Group.
– Press the [List] key and then select the “registered group name” to
display the destination list.
