Please note
If the measuring system sags or shakes when operating,
you must provide additional support. Use suitable
measures to cushion vibration.
Coupling (
8 )
If a coupling is required between the piston rod and the
guide:
S Check the play of the coupling.
The following applies here: coupling play ≤ 0.05 mm
S If necessary, adjust the play of the coupling accordingly.
Please note
If the coupling play is too large, it may not be possible to
carry out the teach procedure successfully. If the coupling
play is too large, it can cause:
– noise by knocking against the coupling
– high wear of the coupling
– bad running behaviour.
Make sure that the coupling play does not exceed
0.05 mm.
