Make sure that the hose and plastic fitting are not interfer-
ing with the carburettor linkage in any way. Tighten both
breather bolts into the heads.
Measure the length of hose you will need to wrap under
the SU and bolt to the rear head (Fig. 46, 47) then cut to
length. Install a plastic tee hose connector (1101-0003)
straight barb to the breather hose (1099-0001) and put
another length of hose on the other straight barb of the
Tee connector. Attach another piece of hose to the 90
degree barb but do not cut to length at this time.
Hand thread the breather bolt into the breather bolt hole
on the rear head.
Place the other breather fitting (1133-1009) onto the
breather hose end coming off the straight barb of the tee
connector. Install another breather bolt (1042-0022) &
breather washer (1094-0012), then slide the bolt through
the breather fitting and install one more breahter bolt
washer (1094-0012).
