Telephone Operation
Handset settings
You can change settings to program how the cordless
handset works.
• Press
MENU/CHAN
, then use the ^ V buttons to
scroll to the feature to be changed. Press
SELECT
to
select the displayed item.
• Press
OFF/CLEAR
anytime to cancel an operation,
back up to the previous menu, or exit the menu dis-
play.
Follow the steps below to program the cordless
handset. To stop at any time, press
OFF/CLEAR
. If the
phone rings, programming stops automatically so you
can answer the call.
Choose handset language
At this menu you can select the language used in all
menus and screen displays.
• Press
MENU/CHAN
to begin programming.
• Press
CID
V once. The screen displays
LANGUAGE
.
• Press
SELECT
to see the current setting flashing.
• Press ^ or V to scroll through the available options
of ENGLISH, ESPANOL and FRANCAIS.
• Press
SELECT
to select the displayed language and
exit.
