Only use the interior cleaner in closed
containers.

Only insert the interior cleaner into a
container or switch it into another con-
tainer while the separate high pressure
pump is turned off.
Place interior cleaner onto container
and lock it.
Connect the high pressure pump to the
interior cleaner via a high pressure
hose.
Open the cleaning liquid supply.
Switch on the separate high pressure
pump.
Note: Flush the interior cleaner for 30 sec-
onds without adding detergents prior to
shutting it down. This will avoid crusting
and adhesion and thus premature wear of
the seals.
Switch off the separate high pressure
pump.
Shut off the cleaning liquid supply.
Remove the interior cleaner from the
container.

When transporting in vehicles, secure
the appliance according to the guide-

During all tasks:
Remove voltage from and secure high
pressure pump at the main switch.
Shut off the cleaning liquid supply.
Operator
Work designated with the sign “Opera-
tor” may only be carried out by persons
who have been instructed in the safe
operation and maintenance on the high
pressure plant.
In order to guarantee a reliable operation
og the equipment, we success, you signed
a maintenance agreement. Please refer to
you local Kärcher service department.

Check whether all screws are fastened
tightly (operator).
Check drive parts (operator).
Check regulator fluid (operator).
Note: The chart shows the interior cleaners
with the order no. 3.632-030 and 3.632-
032. The interior cleaners with the order no.
3.632-035 and 3.632-049 do not have a
counter weight and no protective cap.

Loosen the screw.
Remove the shoulder disc and the bal-
ancing discs.
Pull off the nozzle holder.
Only for appliances order nos. 3.632-
030 and 3.632-032: Unscrew the coun-
terweight and remove the protective
cover.
Clean the bevel wheels.
Only for appliances order nos. 3.632-
030 and 3.632-032: Attach the protec-
tive cover and screw on counterweight.
Install the nozzle holder.
Insert the shoulder disc and the balanc-
ing discs.
Attach the screw.
Note: The speed can only be set easily
when the interior cleaner is completely
filled with regulator fluid. Only fill in the
same regulator fluid; mixing with other reg-
ulator fluids or contained air lead to jerky
revolutions.
Insert the interior cleaner into the vice
with the regulator screw pointing up.
Turn out the regulator screw.
Fill in regulator fluid.
Turn the nozzle holder slowly by hand
(5 to 10 minutes) until regulator fluid
drains. Immediately replace the regula-
tor fluid. Turn the nozzle holder until it is
completely filled with regulator fluid.
Then, the regulator fluid will no longer
drain.
Turn in the regulator screw.
