Troubleshooting

The following lists ways to troubleshoot your unit and or installation.

The hub does not connect to the network

1.

Check the Link/Activity LED. If this LED is not lit, check all the
connections at the adapter and hub end. Make sure that the adapter
drivers are loaded.

2.

Try another port on the hub.

3.

Make sure that the cable is installed properly. The network cable must

be wired correctly and securely attached for all connections. If the
cable is attached but the problem persists, try another cable.

4.

Turn off the unit’s power, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.
