Speed & Duplex
The Speed & Duplex property sets the link speed and duplex mode for the
copper port. For the fiber port, Auto or Auto Negotiation is specified.
To change the Speed & Duplex property, do the following:
1. Access the Advanced Properties.
See “Accessing Advanced Properties” on page 87.
2. Select Speed & Duplex in the Property box.
The Speed & Duplex page is displayed as shown in Figure 80.

3. Select one of the following options:
 Auto or Auto Negotiation — The speed and duplex mode are
automatically negotiated. This is the default setting.
 100Mb Half Duplex — Available only for the copper port.
 100Mb Full Duplex — Available only for the copper port.
 10Mb Half Duplex — Available only for the copper port.
 10Mb Full Duplex — Available only for the copper port.
4. Click OK.
