Asanté Ethernet Options

The Asanté Ethernet Options control panel opens, showing
which slots of your Macintosh computer are occupied with
Asante networking cards, as well as the mode of each card.
See Figure 3-4.

can be used with both the Asanté 10NIC-PCI adapter and
the AsantéFAST10/100 Fast Ethernet adapter.

In Figure 3-4, the 10NIC-PCI card is installed in Slot C1 and has been set to
Full Duplex mode. Note that all the other slots are grayed out because they
do not contain an Asanté Ethernet or Fast Ethernet PCI card.
This control panel can configure up to six Asanté PCI adapter cards installed
in one Macintosh.
The control panel
automatically detects
where the Asanté
10NIC-PCI adapter
is installed and selects
its slot number.
