5. Touch Menu and select one of the following
options:
• Zoom : In the Week and Day views, touch and drag a
sl ider to increase or decrease the size of the area being
viewed.
• Go to : Display a specific date.
• Delete : Delete All events, All events before today, or an
individu al event.
• Search : Search within your current events.
• Sync : Synchronize your calendar with one or all of your
account s. This option only appears when an account
has bee n opened.
• Cale ndars: Display various information such as My
calend ars, My task, your linked accounts, and Contact’s
birthda ys.
• Setting s: Display a list of configurable settings.
Calendar
Your device includes a powerful Calendar to help you
organize your schedules more conveniently and effectively.
Learn to crea te and manage events and tasks, and set
alarms to remind y ourself of important events and tasks.
To access the Calendar:
1. Touch Calendar.
2. The follo wing tabs are available on the right side of the
display:
• Year: Displa y the Year view.
• Mont h: Display the Month view.
• Week : Display the Week view.
• Day: Di splay the Day view.
• List: Di splay the List view.
• Task : Search for tasks.
3. Touch New to create a new Calendar event.
4. Touch Today to display the current date, which is
indicated by a blue box.
