Methods for Customizing Your Phone
Using the IP Phone UI
1. Press the Options Key on the phone.
2. Use 5 and 2 to scroll through the list of options, or press the number corresponding to the
Option.
3. Press Enter, the 4 key, or press the digit number of the corresponding option to select an
option.
4. Change a selected option if applicable.
5. Press the Set or Done key to save the change.
6. Press the key, the 3 key, or the key at any time to exit without saving
changes.

Phone Options via the Aastra Web UI
In addition to the IP Phone UI options, you can customize additional options on the IP Phone
using the Aastra Web UI. In order to access your phone using the Aastra Web UI, you need to
know your phone’s IP address. To find your phone’s IP address, see
“Finding Your Phone’s IP
Address” on page 16 .
