5. Use the navigation key to highlight Rename Group , then
press . The Rename dialogue box appears in the
display.
6. Enter a name for the group using the keypad. Press the
left soft key (
) Option to select the text entry mode.
7. Press . Your changes are saved.
Delete a group
The five default groups cannot be deleted. However, any of
the groups that you create can be deleted anytime.
1. In standby mode, press the left soft key ( ) Menu .
2. Press ( Phonebook ), ( Group ). Your existing
groups display.
3. Use the navigation key to highlight the group that you
want to delete, then press the left soft key (
) Option .
4. Highlight Delete Group , then press . A message
displays asking you to confirm the deletion.
All entries within the group will be deleted. Move the entries
to another group before deleting the group if you want to
keep the entries.
5. Press the left soft key ( ) Yes to delete the group and
all entries within, or press the right soft key ( ) No to
return to the group list.
