A-Frame Assembly (8040, 8050 and 8060
Models)
Materials:
• Part D
• Part E
• Part G
• Part I
1. Insert the two A-Frame Legs (Part G) into the
Metal Retainer (Part E) (Fig. 9).
2. Use the Black Connecting Pins (Part I) to secure
the two A-Frame Legs (Part G) with the Metal
Retainer (Part E) (Fig. 10).
3. Insert the Slider Bar (Part D) into the assembled
A-Frame Legs.
4. Repeat Steps 1 through 3 for the other side.
5. Remove the Allen Head Screw from the
vertical corner of the Base Assembly Arm and
keep for use at a later step (Fig. 11).
6. Repeat Step 5 on the remaining three corners.
7. Slide the assembled A-Frame Legs (Part G) into
each Retainer with the flat face of the Metal
Retainer (Part E) facing inside the bed.

NOTE: For one-person set-up, use your foot to
lift the Slider Bar (Part D) before placing the
assembled A-Frame Legs into the Retainers of
the Base Assembly (Fig. 11).
8. Secure the A-Frame Legs to the Base Assembly
using black connecting pins (Part I) (Figs. 12
and 13).
9. Repeat Steps 7 and 8 for the other assembled
A-Frame Legs on the opposite side.
10. Re-install the four Allen Head Screws from
Steps 5 and 6 on all four A-Frames legs and
tighten.
