3.1.4 Data grid area
The data grid section displays columns with the user’s printing data details for the current month.

Arrange data so that it is easier to analyze. Click the column headings to sort the column data in ascending or
descending order.
In the filter field, under the column headings, you can set the rules for the data that should remain visible
after the filter is applied. You can type text to filter names or you can type any one of the filter operators
below to filter numbers:
For a more customized view of data, click and drag column headings to the Drag and drop columns here
section above the column headings. This will group the data by the selected columns. For example, the figure
below shows data grouped by GroupName and then by PrinterModel. The totals of pages appear highlighted
in the last rows.
