Journal secondary site. When you perform delta resync operation on the data volumes in the
XP Continuous Access Journal secondary site, the status of the data volumes of XP Continuous
Access Journal pair changes as explained in
“Recovery from Failure in the Primary Site (When
Delta Resync Operation is Performed)” (page 209)

Check the execution result of the
pairresync –swaps
command.

After confirming the following status, use the primary data volume in the target XP Continuous
Access Journal secondary site to resume the business tasks.

The primary data volume of the XP Continuous Access Journal pair for delta resync
operation in the XP Continuous Access Journal secondary site is switched to the primary
data volume of the XP Continuous Access Journal pair in the primary site. –
•
The status of the XP Continuous Access Journal pair for delta resync operation in the XP
Continuous Access Journal secondary site becomes PAIR.
