6-1-7 Resolution
The Resolution tab provides the resolution information for the selected Terminal. This tab is only displayed for
Policy Views.

6-1-8 Custom Information
The Custom Information tab provides the custom information about the record selected in a view. It could be
processed information about a terminal or some external information pulled into the view to assist operations
staff. The Custom information which a user can view is dependent on the privileges and rights provided by the
Administrator.
The Custom Information tab provides the custom information for the SQL-based View (in Custom tab).

To view the information, select the view using the View drop-down box and click on the Show button.
NOTE: The Custom information list displays views available to the users that are assigned by the admin via
permissions.
