4-5 Changing Dashboard Settings
Follow the steps below to modify Dashboard settings.
1.
Select the Dashboard to be modified from the Dashboards list and click on the
toolbar
button.
2.
This displays the corresponding Dashboard Properties dialog box. Change the name of the Dashboard
using the Dashboard Name box, if required.
3.
Modify the selection of views using the Select the views this dashboard will display list and click on the OK
button.
This completes the procedure for changing the settings for a Dashboard.
NOTE:
You can modify the Dashboard settings only for the Dashboards you created. The settings can still be
changed even if you created a dashboard and no longer have the “Create Dashboards” permission. The
admin user can always change the settings of any Dashboard.
4-6 Deleting Dashboards
Follow the steps below to delete a Dashboard.
1.
Select the Dashboard to be deleted from the Dashboards list and click on the
toolbar button.
2.
The Delete Dashboard(s) confirmation box is displayed.

Click on the Yes button to delete the selected Dashboard.
This completes the procedure for deleting a Dashboard.
NOTE:
You can only delete the Dashboards you created, even if you no longer have the “Create Dashboards”
permission. The SST/OB admin can delete any Dashboard.
