Suggested action
Retry the hpsp_spt operation.

Retry the operation after restarting the management controller:
1. SSH/telnet into the MSA controller.
2. To restart management controller A, run restart mc a
ERROR: 0x4225 Failed to retrieve the credentials for the Controller IP,
Credential service is not configured for the controller IP on which the command is executed.
Suggested action
1. Configure credentials service on the server for the intended controller.
2. Retry the hpsp_spt operation.
StoreAll 8800 provisioning failures
ERROR: 0x4531: Drive status not OK, Drive [Port:Box:Bay] 1E:1:4 has
Status:OpStatusPredictiveFailure
The drive is in Predictive Failure state and hence cannot be used for provisioning.
Suggested action
1. Replace the drive with a new drive of the same or higher capacity.
2. Retry the SPT operation that caused the failure.
