Turn off the camcorder before attaching the WFT-E6 Wireless File Transmitter. The transmitter
is powered by the camcorder. Make sure the camcorder’s battery pack is sufficiently charged
before using the transmitter.

Turn off the camcorder.

Open the WFT terminal cover.

Attach the transmitter.
Align the transmitter’s terminal to the camcorder’s
WFT terminal as shown in the illustration and
firmly push it in (
ቢ).
Turn the tightening screw in the direction of the
arrow until it stops to securely attach the
transmitter (
ባ).
# /$ You may find the WFT terminal
easier to access if you remove the camcorder’s
grip unit.

Attach the supplied WFT Attachment
Bracket.
Position the bracket so it covers the transmitter’s
attachment pin and tighten the screw.
