Step 1. Put the IC into SOCKET.
Step 2. Press the system will auto detect and shows:
If there are no same serial ICs, it shows:
Step 3. Press to test IC’s situation.
(3) Zener serial devices
Step1. Put the Zener into Textool. (note the + , -)

Step3. Press key, the system will start to test Zener, and the result of
the test will show as below:
Step4. Replace next testing Zener, then press, the system will repeat to
test.
Step5. Re-type the Zener’s number for another test.

3. SEARCHING UNKNOWN IC NUMBER
Statements:
1. When the IC number is unknown, you can use this function to do the test.
2. For the same serial IC, it can do continues search.
