SECURITY
Prevents unauthorized use of your cellular telephone.
The following settings can be restricted:
LOCK PHONE
Prevents the phone from being used without entering
the password first.
1. Press [MENU] then enter “Password”.
2. Press then select “Lock Now”, “Lock on Power
Up” or “Unlock”.
3. To save, press [OK].
● Lock Now: Lock the phone now.
● Lock on Power Up: Do not lock the phone now, but it
is automatically locked when
power is recycled.
● Unlock: Do not lock the phone.
NOTE: The default password is the last 4 digits of your
phone number.
CHANGE LOCK
Changes your 4-digit password.
1. Press [MENU] then enter “Password”.
2. Press .
3. Enter a new password then press .
4. Enter the new password again then press .
NOTE: The default password is the last 4 digits of your
phone number.
SPECIAL #’S
Stores 3 phone numbers that can be called even in the
lock mode.
1. Press [MENU] then enter “Password”.
2. Press then select a location with the Navigation
Key.
3. Press [SET] and input a phone number,
press again to save.
NOTE: The default password is the last 4 digits of your
phone number.
NOTE: You can delete a special number by selecting it,
pressing [ERASE], then [YES] or .
