8.2 TROUBLESHOOTING SCT® EQUIPPED IMPLEMENTS

Gates will not
open/close
No hydraulic pressure to
meter block Engage hydraulic circuit (wing down)
Check SCT node Check lights on front of node
Meter block PRV (pressure
relief valve) set to low Increase PRV pressure until gates cycle (do not exceed 500 psi)
No power at coils Turn master switch on
Check fuses
Check connections at coil and SCT node
Openers will not
lift No hydraulic pressure to
meter block Engage hydraulic circuit (Opener)
BFJ (pressure relief block)
set to low Increase pressure (factory set to 1800 psi)
No power at coils Turn master switch on
Check fuses
Check connections
Wing down
switch will not
work No hydraulic pressure Engage hydraulic circuit (wing down)
Master switch on Turn master switch off (unfold only)

sections lifting Improper look aheads Ensure that the look ahead number is not a negative number.

alignment Check and re‐align sensor if necessary.
Fan cal is incorrect Set fan cal to 2
