INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Disconnect electrical power to RS 300 Door.
2. Remove cover from door. Refer to Fig. 1.
3. Remove
curtain panel.
4. Unclip Somfy tube motor from end plate bearing.
5. Remove end plate from top assembly.
6. Slide tube motor out of drive pipe as shown in Fig. 2.
7. Cut 1 5/8” off from the Drive Pipe as shown in Fig. 2.
8. Insert Manaras drive shaft assembly into drive pipe as
shown in Fig. 3abc.
9. Drill four holes (3/16" dia.) around drive pipe for
mounting with 3/16" stainless steel pop rivets as shown in
Fig. 4. Space holes evenly around drive pipe.

Disconnect All Electrical Power Sources To RS 300 Door
Before Installation Of Replacement Motor!
10. Install 3/16" stainless steel pop rivets to drive pipe as
shown in Fig. 5
