10. Install Bearing and Flanges into End Bracket with carriage bolts
and lock nuts provided in Bearing Mount kit (see table below).
11. Re-Install the Drive Pipe back into the door head unit and tighten
the set screw on the Bearing in the End Bracket.
12. Install and loosely tighten lock collar to drive pipe as shown.
13. Attach small sprocket, spreader bar and lock collar to motor as
shown in Figure 4.
14. Lift motor into place. Fit drive pipe though bearing of spreader
bar as shown.
15. Fasten motor to support with screws provided.
16. Install large sprocket onto drive shaft as shown.
17. Align sprockets as shown. Loosen lock collar and move
spreader bar as required to align sprockets of motor and drive
pipe.
18. Firmly tighten set screws on lock collars.
19. Fit chain around bottom sprocket and roll chain onto top
sprocket as shown in Figure 5.
20. Install curtain. Refer to Hired-Hand Manual 4801-5082.
21. Install cover.
22. Connect electrical power to motor.
23. Installation complete.
