Wiring and Connections Must Comply With All National
And Local Electrical Codes. Installation By Qualified
Electrician Required!
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Disconnect electrical power to RS-300 Door.
2. Remove cover from door. Refer to Figure 1.
3. Remove
curtain panel.
4. Remove the Chain Guide Wheel and Chain Guide Bracket
from the End Bracket and remove Drive Pipe.
5. Drill out the pop-rivets holding the Drive Shaft into the
Drive Pipe. See Figure 3, Detail A.
6. Remove the lock pin holding the Drive Collar to the Drive
Shaft.
7. Slide the Drive Collar down the Drive Shaft to the end
position as shown in Figure 3, Detail B.
WARNING
Disconnect All Electrical Power Sources to RS-300 Door
Before Installation of Replacement Motor!
8. Insert the Lock Pin through the Drive Collar.
9. Insert the Drive Shaft into the Drive Pipe, align the four
holes in the pipe and fasten with four pop-rivets as Shown
in Figure 3, Detail B.
