INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Disconnect
electrical power to RS 300 Door.
2. Remove Cover from Door by removing tek screws with a 3/8" nut driver. Refer to Figure 1.
3. Remove curtain panel.
4. Remove Top Bar.
5. Unclip Tube Motor from End Plate Bearing in the
Enclosure Assembly.
6. Remove End Bracket from Enclosure Assembly by
removing three ¼" nuts in Back Flange.
7. Slide Tube Motor out of Drive Pipe as shown in Figure 2.
8. Cut 1 5/8" off the Drive Pipe from the end the Tube Motor was removed. See Figure 2.

Disconnect All Electrical Power Sources To RS 300 Door
Before Installation Of Replacement Motor!
