1. Determine location where fan will be
installed.
2. Attach top support chains and a rear chain
to fan using S-hooks as shown.
3. Hang fan by using S-hooks to connect
support chains to ceiling mounts.
4. Secure one end of a tension line to the
midpoint of rear chain.
5. Tilt fan to desired angle. Secure loose end
of tension line to maintain tilt angle.
6. Make sure that line retains tension at all
times.

Attach rear chain to fan as
shown. Tie a tension line at
midpoint of chain. Tilt fan at
desired angle and secure
other end of tension line.
Make sure that
S-hooks are securely closed.
Attach chains to
fan with S-hooks.
Use S-hooks to fasten
chains to ceiling mounts.
