Model with window:
Check the window (2) for water content.
Collected water can be clearly identified by the noticeable sepa-
rating line between the water and the diesel fuel above it.

Place a suitable container under the drain screw (1) or (3).
NOTE: In inaccessible locations, an extension hose can be
mounted on the drain screw (3).

Open the drain screw (1) or (3) and drain the water into the con-
tainer.

When fuel emerges, close the drain screw.

Dispose of the water-fuel mixture in an environmentally compati-
ble manner.

Safety notes
CAUTION
Danger of burns.
There is a danger of burns when working on a hot engine.
▪ Wear safety gloves.
CAUTION
Danger of later engine damage.
▪ Operating the engine with an oil level below the min. mark
or above the max. mark can lead to engine damage.
▪ When checking the oil level, the machine must be horizontal
and the engine must be switched off.
