Assembly Instructions for WHSC-3/KD

Tools Required:
#2 & 3 Philips Screw drivers
10mm & Bmm wrench
- (Socket; open end or Box)
Assembly Procedure:
1. Unpack and arrange all the parts on the fl oor.
2. Identify each part & its quantity with the parts list on
page 12.
3. Assemble Loosely (2) Item #5 & (1) Item #6 to the
Side frame Item #1 with (3) Bolts Item #7 as shown.
4. Assemble the (4) rollers Item #3 to the side frame in
Step #3 above.
5. Assemble loosely Side frame Item #2 with (3) Bolts
Item #7. Note; It will require moving the Rollers &
Spreaders assembled in Steps 3 & 4 individually to
align with the pins & cutouts in Side frame Item #2.
6. Tighten all (6) bolts Item #7
7. Assemble Items #9 & #10 to the Film Axle Item #8 (3)
ea. in accordance with the size fi lm being used.
8. Assemble the (3) Film Axle Assemblies to the side
frame as shown. Loosen the wing nuts before assembly
& retighten after assembly.
9. Assemble the WHSS-3 sani Sealer unit Item #11 with
(6) Screws & nuts Items #s 12 & 13 Tighten hardware
after all screws and nuts are assembled.
10. Place the assembled unit in the location of
operation & adjust the leveling legs accordingly.
11. Plug the unit into a 120V 15 ampere outlet & follow
Operating Instructions in the product manual.
