10. Assemble labeled end load secure posts to cross bar by sliding a 3/8”-16 x 1-3/4” bolts into the center channel of the cross bar on each end.
11. Tighten the load secure posts to the crossbar so that the flat of the load secure post is against the end of the cross bar. Secure with 3/8” split
lock washer and 3/8”-16 nut. Repeat for other side of cross bar.
12. Position on the vehicle and adjust the mounts to the proper width to fit on rain gutters.
Tighten the “H” mount to crossbar nuts. Slide the clip on the outside of the rain gutter and tighten the screws by using a phillips screw driver.
Adjust center load secure posts as needed. Repeat for other crossbar.
