Mr. Gasket 3976 AnchorTrax: Universal Truck Bed Kit - Manual

AnchorTrax 6’ Kit is designed to provide versatility in
securing payload in the bed of pick-up trucks and
trailers. AnchorTrax can be installed on the bed rail
or in the floor of a pick-up truck bed. Trailers have
numerous installation options to fit your tie-down needs.
TRUCK BED RAIL INSTALLATION
1. Locate the desired mounting position.
2. Clamp or hold track in position.
3. Inspect mounting locations to insure that no
obstructions exist for mounting hardware.
Adjust track location as necessary.
4. Accurately mark mounting locations and
remove track.
5. Drill marked locations with a 9/32” drill bit.
6. Place track over predrilled holes.
7. Position back plate behind the bed rail lip and
attach with provided hardware.

8. Put mounting screws through track, bed rail and
back plate, then secure with lock nuts.
9. Tighten mounting screws with a 5/32” Allen wrench
and 7/16” open end wrench.
10. This completes bed rail installation.
TRUCK AND TRAILER FLOOR INSTALLATION
1. Locate desired mounting position. Special care
should be taken to position mounting holes to
avoid cross braces, fuel tanks, fuel lines and
electrical wiring during the drilling and mounting
process.
2. Accurately mark mounting locations on floor and
remove track.
3. Proceed with step 5.
WARNING:
Follow the installation instructions carefully. Failure to
do so could result in personal injury or damage to
property. Locate gas tanks, fuel filler pipes, and fuel
lines to avoid puncture during drilling. Inspect track
for loose or damaged hardware prior to use. Replace
immediately if parts are bent, damaged or deformed.
Do not use this product for towing or lifting.
