B2.1 Program flow
The following program flow shows the program structure of spectro-color ® .
From the main menu you can call the subroutines as follows: Key C selects colour
measurement directly and key
ΔC colour difference measurement. Key Ø opens the
configuration menu.
Main menu: Colour Measurement Mode (see C2)
This colorimetric measurement
determines the absolute position of a
sample colour in the three-dimensional
colour space (e.g. CIE-L*a*b*).
Colour difference measurement
determines the quantitative colour
difference between reference and
sample in the three-dimensional colour
space (CIE-
ΔE*, ΔL*a*b* or ΔE
94
).
In the configuration menu you can set
various instrument parameters like e.g.
calibration, selection of colour system,
illuminant and standard observer.
