Possible reasons for faults:

- Contamination
- Short-circuit
- Power loss

Connection technique:

The cover, flanges and ports are screwed to the base module with Remform
screws (thread-cutting screws for plastic parts). This is done by screwing
directly into a moulded bore. The screw forms the nut thread itself. Metallic
inserts for the nut thread are not used.

Tightening torques:

- Screws in general

2.3 Nm

- Screws securing the detent hooks

1.5 Nm

- Nuts of the coil fixation

1.5 Nm

Faults in the electrical part:

In the case of faults in the electrical part of the valve system, the top-mounted
coil can be exchanged.

Frost danger:

NOTE

This connection technique is suitable for repeated screwing if
the corresponding care is used, i.e., if the screw is carefully
inserted by hand into the available thread.

ATTENTION!

The effects of frost during transport, storage or in operation
can cause damage to occur to system as a result of freezing
medium, in particular in connection with check valves:

Take suitable protective measures!
