3 INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING

attack the housing and the sealing material.

Minimum pressure difference for complete opening of the valve: 1 bar
ATTENTION!
Continual pressure surges can shorten the service life of the
diaphragm!
3.1 Installation
Î Before installing the valve, clean the piping system!
Î Where necessary, fit a strainer upstream to protect against faults!
Î Observe the direction of flow!
Î Seal the thread using PTFE tape.
Î When installing the valve, ensure that the valve block is not distorted:
- provide adequate support for the piping system
- align the piping system

ATTENTION!
Do not use the pilot valve as a lever when screwing in the
pipe connection!
