1.0 Introduction
Alpha’s FlexNet MPS48-12M multipurpose power supply provides primary and standby power to
outdoor mesh access points in switched-streetlight applications. The MPS48-12M interface module
includes connections for the radio, Ethernet backhaul, and Local Craft Port. The MPS48-12M is
supported by a full complement of options including batteries, 120Vac or 230Vac battery heater
board, and preconnectorized communications cables.

• Temperature compensated battery charging for optimum battery life
