6.6 Maintenance
Remotely Upgrade
The firmware on the network camera can be updated using this menu item.
The current firmware can be found on the ABUS Security-Center website
(
http://www.abus-sc.co.uk/International/Service-Downloads/Software
). Download this firmware to your
computer first.
Update File:
Displays the selected firmware file.
Browse:
Press this button to select the saved firmware on your HDD.
Update:
Press this button to start the update process.
Update Status:
Displays the current progress status of the update.
Ensure that the power supply and network connection to the camera are not
disconnected under any circumstances during the entire update process.
The camera system can be damaged in this way.
Default
The network camera can be reset to the factory settings using this menu item.
Full Mode:
The network settings and system settings are reset.
Basic Mode:
The system settings are reset.
Reboot Device
The camera is restarted by pressing “OK”.
