4.4
Setting the temperature compensation TC
The calculation of the temperature compensation is based on the pre-
set reference temperature, 20 °C or 25 °C. It appears on the display as
Tref20 or Tref25. To switch over the reference temperature, see
section 4.7 C
You can select one of the following temperature compensation meth-
ods:
z Nonlinear temperature compensation (nLF)
according to EN 27 888
z Linear temperature compensation (Lin)
with selectable coefficients of 0.001 ... 3.000 %

z No temperature compensation (- - - -)
Adjusted
temperature
compensation
Each time the instrument is switched on, the adjusted cell constant and
temperature compensation are shown on the display for a short time
(see section 4.1 S
). In order to
view the data, switch the measuring instrument off and switch it on
again.
