5.12.1 System Requirements
• Pentium II 266MHz recommended for Digital Video (DV).
• For DV device control, you will need an OHCI-compliant IEEE-1394 control-
ler and a DV camcorder
• A hard disk drive with a sustained transfer rate of at least 3.6MB per second
(SCSI and UltraDMA hard disk drivers are recommended).
• Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0. For DV support,
Windows 98 or Windows 98 SE is required.
• 32MB RAM (64MB recommended)
• 80MB of available hard disk space
• CD-ROM drive
• True color (24 bit) or high color (16 bit) display
• Windows pointing device
• Video for Windows-compatible video capture card (recommended)
• Windows-compatible sound card (recommended)
