Beschreibung
Zweck und Anwendung
Der OTi DALI 2x700 CS wird für den
Anschluss von Konstantstrom-LEDs
verwendet, die einen Eingang von
350 mA oder 700 mA benötigen.
Er ist mit einer zum DALI-Standard
konformen Schnittstelle ausgerüstet.
Alternativ unterstützt er die Touch
DIM-Funktion.
Die LED-Ausgänge sind gegen
Kurzschluss gesichert.
Aufbau
Der Dimmer besteht aus folgenden
Komponenten:
• LED-Ausgang 1: CH1 + , -
• LED-Ausgang 2: CH2 + , -
• „DA“ DALI-Signaleingang
• Netzteileingang
• „DIP-Schalter“ für die Auswahl der
Dimmer-Eigenschaften
Montageanleitung
Um einen fehlerfreien Betrieb des
OPTOTRONIC® OTi DALI 2x700 CS
mit DALI-Schnittstelle sicherzustel-
len, muss die Verdrahtung für die
Stromversorgung, das DALI-System
und die LED-Module gemäß der auf
dem Gerät aufgedruckten Anschluss-
information ausgeführt werden.
Der OTi DALI 2x700 CS muss zwi-
schen dem OPTOTRONIC-Netzteil
und dem LED-Modul angeschlossen
werden. Dabei muss die maximale
Länge des Ausgangskabels für das
Netzteil und das LED-Modul einge-
halten werden:
• Touch DIM-Betrieb mit Taster und
Sensor: max. 4 OTi DALI 2x700
CS und 10 m Gesamtkabellänge
der Steuerleitung.
• Touch DIM-Betrieb mit Taster und
ohne Sensor: max. 6 OTi DALI
2x700 CS und 25 m Gesamtka-
bellänge der Steuerleitung.
Ein fehlerfreier Betrieb des OTi DALI
2x700 CS ist nur mit OPTOTRONIC-
Netzteilen gewährleistet.
Für den OTi DALI 2x700 CS sind
nur Konstantstrom-LED-Module und
24-V- oder 48-V-Netzteile zulässig.

Description
Purpose and application
The OTi DALI 2x700 CS is used for
connecting constant current LEDs
that need 350 mA or 700 mA as
input. It is equipped with an interface
that complies with the DALI standard.
Alternatively, the Touch DIM function.
The LED outputs are protected
against the short circuits.
Installation instructions
To ensure trouble-free operation of
the OPTOTRONIC® OTi DALI 2x700
CS with a DALI interface, the wiring
for the power supply, DALI system
and LED modules must be according
to the connection information printed
on the unit.
The OTi DALI 2x700 CS is to be con-
nected between the OPTOTRONIC
power supply and the LED module.
The max. output cable length of the
power supply and the LED module
has to be observed:
• Touch DIM Operation with push
button and sensor: max. 4 OTi
DALI 2x700 CS and 10 m total
cable length of the control wire.
• Touch DIM Operation with push
button and without sensor: max.
6 OTi DALI 2x700 CS and 25 m
total cable length of the control
wire.
The faultless operation of the OTi
DALI 2x700 CS is only guaranteed
with the OPTOTRONIC power
supplies.
Only constant current LED modules
and 24 V or 48 V power supplies are
specified for the OTi DALI 2x700 CS.

Description
Fonctions et applications
OTi DALI 2x700 CS sert au branche-
ment de LED à courant constant
nécessitant une entrée de 350
mA ou 700 mA. Il est doté d‘une
interface conforme à la norme DALI.
Il est également possible d‘utiliser la
fonction Touch DIM.
Les sorties LED sont protégées
contre les courts-circuits.
Instructions d‘installation
Afin de garantir le bon fonction-
nement de l‘OPTOTRONIC® OTi
DALI 2x700 CS à interface DALI, les
câbles d‘alimentation, de commande
et du module LED doivent être
conformes aux consignes de raccor-
dement apposées sur l‘appareil.
L‘OTi DALI 2x700 CS doit être
intercalé entre un appareillage
OPTOTRONIC et le module LED. La
longueur maximale de câble entre
l‘appareillage et le module LED doit
être respectée:
• Fonctionnement en Touch DIM,
avec bouton et capteur: max. 4
OTi DALI 2x700 CS et 10 m de
câble de commande max.
• Fonctionnement en Touch DIM,
avec bouton et sans capteur:
max. 6 OTi DALI 2x700 CS et 25
m de câble de commande max.
Le bon fonctionnement d‘OTi DALI
2x700 CS n‘est garanti qu‘en
association avec des appareillages
OPTOTRONIC.
Seuls les modules LED à courant
constant peuvent être raccordés à
un OTi DALI 2x700 CS, et la tension
nominale en sortie (24 V ou 48 V) de
l‘appareillage Optotronic ainsi que la
tension nominale des modules LED
doivent correspondre.
Description

Istruzioni d‘installazione
Per garantire il regolare funziona-
mento dell‘OPTOTRONIC® OTi
DALI 2x700 CS con interfaccia DALI,
il cablaggio per l‘alimentazione di
corrente, il sistema DALI ed i mo-
duli LED devono corrispondere allo
schema di collegamento riportato
sull‘unità.
L‘OTi DALI 2x700 CS deve essere
collegato fra l‘alimentatore OPTOT-
RONIC e il modulo LED. Rispettare
la lunghezza massima del cavo di
uscita dell‘alimentazione di corrente
e del modulo LED:
• Uso del Touch DIM con pulsante
e sensore: max. 4 OTi DALI
2x700 CS e lunghezza massima
totale del cavo di comando di
10 m.
• Uso del Touch DIM con pulsante
e senza sensore: max. 6 OTi
DALI 2x700 CS e lunghezza mas-
sima totale del cavo di comando
di 25 m.
Il funzionamento regolare dell‘OTi
DALI 2x700 CS viene garantito sola-
mente se vengono usati alimentatori
OPTOTRONIC.
L‘OTi DALI 2x700 CS va usato uni-
camente con moduli LED a corrente
costante e con alimentatori da 24 V
o da 48 V.
Costruzione
Il regolatore di luminosità è composto
dai seguenti componenti:
• Uscita LED 1: CH1 + , -
• Uscita LED 2: CH2 + , -
• Entrata di segnale DALI “DA”
• Entrata alimentazione

instalación
Para asegurar un correcto funcio-
namiento del OPTOTRONIC® OTi
DALI 2x700 CS con interfaz DALI, el
cableado de la fuente de alimenta-
ción, el sistema DALI y los módulos
LED, deben estar en conformidad
con la información de conexión
impresa en la unidad.
El OTi DALI 2x700 CS se conecta
entre la fuente de alimentación
OPTOTRONIC y el módulo LED. Se
ha de respetar la longitud máxima de
cable entre la fuente de alimentación
y el módulo LED:
• Funcionamiento Touch DIM con
pulsador y sensor: máx. 4 OTi
DALI 2x700 CS y 10 m de longi-
tud total del cable de control.
• Funcionamiento Touch DIM con
pulsador y sin sensor: máx. 6 OTi
DALI 2x700 CS y 25 m de longi-
tud total del cable de control.
Un funcionamiento sin fallos del
OTi DALI 2x700 CS solo puede
garantizarse con las fuentes de
alimentación OPTOTRONIC.
Solo son específicos para el OTi
DALI 2x700 CS los módulos LED de
corriente constante y los alimentado-
res de 24 V o 48 V.
