17.
With the shackle on the frame shackle mount, install the stock
shackle bolt into the shackle but don't tighten yet.

With the shackle installed in the frame mount jack up the axle so the
spring eye line up with the shackle lower mounting holes. Install the
lower bolt but do not tighten yet.
6.
Lower down the axle so it will be full drop. Remove the front coil
springs and bump stops.
7.
Install the front coil spring spacer lift over the stock isolator.
8.
Using one of the 2 sized bump stops, install them in the bump stop
mount.
9.
Using a spring compressor, compress the coil spring .
