MAINTENANCE INFORMATION
It is the ultimate buyers responsibility to have all bolts/nuts checked for tightness after the first 500 miles and then every
1000 miles. Wheel alignment steering system, suspension and driveline systems must be inspected by a qualified pro-
fessional mechanic at least every 3000 miles.

10. Install the coil spring in the upper and lower mount.
11. If the Rough Country lift kit was previously installed, remove the sway bar end link extension from the sway bar link.
12. Remove the sway bar link from the sway bar using a 18mm & 21mm wrench.
13. Move the factory sway bar end link to the opposite side of the sway bar to allow the bottom of the link to align with
the new lower dual shock bracket. See Photo 11. Install the bolt from the outside to allow for clearance on the new
shock absorbers. Do not install in the new lower bracket at this time.
14. Install the new shock absorbers in the upper and lower mounts with the supplied 12mm x 65mm bolts, nuts and
washers. See Photo 12. If the shocks are not evenly spaced, the lower shock bracket can be moved to allow the
shocks to sit straight. If needed remove the coil. Slightly loosen the lower coil seat, move the lower bracket to allow
proper placement of the shocks, Retighten lower seat and reinstall coil.
15. Reinstall the stock lower end link in the new bracket and tighten with a 21mm wrench
16. Install the tires and wheels.
17. Jack up the vehicle, remove the jack stands and lower to the ground.
18. Install the brake line bracket in the location that it was removed using a 10MM wrench.
