PRODUCT USE INFORMATION
IMPORTANT: Sway bars should only be disconnected during off road use. Any time your vehicle is used on the
road disconnects should be connected.
If question exist we will be happy to answer any questions concerning the design, function, and correct use of our
products.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. These instructions cover installation on YJ and CJ Jeeps.
2. Make sure the vehicle is on a level surface. Make sure the vehicle is in gear to prevent movement.
3. On the front of the vehicle, remove the stock sway bar links by removing the stock nuts and bolts.
4. Assemble the new quick disconnect link body and link ends with the supplied double wire hitch pin.
5. Locate the supplied bushings and sleeves and install in the new sway bar end links.
6. Install the links on the upper mount using supplied hardware. On the lower mount use stock hardware.
7. Do not over tighten the poly bushings. If the bushings are over tightened, the link will be very difficult to
disconnect and move out of the way during off road use. The general tightening procedure is to tighten until
the bushing is snug and very slightly swells.
