POST INSTALLATION
1. Recheck all fasteners for proper torque. Check to
ensure there is adequate clearance between all ro-
tating, mobile, fixed and heated members. Check
steering for interference and proper working order.
Test brake system before driving.
2. Have a qualified alignment center realign front end
of vehicle.
Note: Prior to alignment—when caster has not
been adjusted - front end vibration severe
enough to garner the name “death wobble” can
occur.
3. Re torque all fasteners after 500 miles. Visually in-
spect components and re torque fasteners during
routine vehicle service.
4. Check and adjust as needed front headlights to
proper settings.
5. Consider other options for your Cherokee shown
below.
