The Drake Digital system features a flexible, modular approach for the
reception and redistribution of Digital signals for CATV and Private Cable.
The units can receive and decode or transcode all the MPEG signals such
as QPSK, 8-VSB, and ATSC for retransmission in QAM or analog format.

QAM Modulator
The TMQAM QAM Modulator is a professional quality,
modular, digital, headend component designed to provide
optimum performance with minimized rack space requirements.
The modulator accepts a MPEG2 transport stream input in
the SPI format and is capable of providing a QAM output with
16, 32, 64, 128 or 256 constellation points.

or Digicipher II® modes are supported.
