When installing the meas. probe in a vessel,
be aware that conical heaps which alter the
switching point can form in solid materials.
We recommend selecting an installation loca-
tion where the electrode detects the average
value of the conical heap.
The measuring probe must be installed in a
way that takes the filling and emptying aper-
tures of the vessel into account. To compen-
sate measurement errors caused by the
conical heap, you should install the electrode
at a distance of approx.
