5 Diagnosis
5.1 Failure removal
Via the condition of the LED in the front plate
of VEGATOR two failures can be detected:
- failure during set-up
- failure detection within the self-monitoring.
In both cases the level and fail safe relays de-
energize.

In case of set-up failures, a new start must be
made (switch off voltage supply and switch on
again) and repeat the set-up.
When failures are detected, first of all switch
off the voltage supply, then remove the failure
(e.g. line break) and switch on the voltage
supply again. It is not necessary to repeat the
set-up.
