Answering system settings
Play your announcement
Press MENU when the handset is not in use.
Press or to scroll to Answering sys, then
press SELECT.
Press SELECT again to select Announcement.
Press or to scroll to Play annc, then
press SELECT.
Options during playback:
Press VOL
+
or VOL
-
to adjust the announcement playback volume.
Press 5 or OFF to stop playback.
Press to switch between the handset
speakerphone and the handset earpiece.
Press
DELETE to delete the current announcement.
The handset displays Annc. Deleted. The system
announces, “ Announcement deleted.”
When your announcement is deleted, calls are answered with the
preset announcement.
