Pressing = may cause it to spurt slightly.
Escaping steam is very hot.
Do not touch the froth nozzle 13 or direct it at people.
q Set the rotary knob 13a to
A
to froth up milk or
B
to
warm up milk.
q Immerse hose 13f into a receptacle containing sufficient
milk.
or
only for TK69...: Attach milk container 28 with connection
hose tightly to the nozzle body.
q Place an appropriate cup under the froth nozzle 13.
q Press the = 2b button.
The unit now heats up for approx. 15 seconds,
then draws the milk in and froths and/or heats it up.
q End the process by repressing the = 2b button if
the desired amount has been made or before the milk
receptacle has been fully emptied.
Note:
To clean the froth nozzle 13, the hose 13f and the
connection hose 28b carry out the process cited above
using clear water instead of milk - see chapter Cleaning/
Cleaning the froth nozzle". Dried residue is difficult to remove
and impairs formation of the milk froth.
Tip: Preferably use cold milk with a 1.5 % fat content.
MilkĆdrinks such as cocoa for example, can be prepared
using the warming up milk setting

Using the enclosed (only for TK69...) sunken macchiato
plate 29 the possibility also exists to use tall glasses (up to
approx. 13 cm high), for example to prepare latte macchiato.
q Exchange drip plate 25 with macchiato plate 29.
q Place glass under the outlet nozzle and draw milk froth
according to the instructions.
q Then place the glass under the coffee outlet 12 and draw
the desired amount of coffee.
