How to Modify Automatic Keywords Added to Log Entries
However, you can modify the values for these automatic keywords at any time in
the way described below.
1.
Before creating a new log entry on which you want the automatic keywords to
be modified, select the Automatic Keywords tab:

Do one of the following:
•
To modify a text field, timecode field or date field, select the value and
type the new value.
•
To modify a drop-down list, select the new value from the list.
•
To add a new value in a drop-down list, select the + sign beside the field,
enter the new keyword in the Enter New Value window
and click OK. Then, select the new value.
Any new log entry created afterwards will have automatic keywords assigned as
they have been modified.

It is possible to assign keywords to individual log entries. To do so it is necessary
to have previously set up and named one or more keyword grids or dictionaries for
use with the log sheet. Once set up, as many keyword grids or dictionaries can be
used with a log as required.

SSIGNMENT
The log entry specific keywords can be assigned to each individual log entry when
it is created or edited. They are selected with a mouse or with a keyboard shortcut
from a keyword grid or dictionary.
