Aastra Mobile Client licence activation (for option 1):
Aastra Mobile Client is installed with a 30 days trial period. During these 30 days a
licence download is necessary to avoid licence expiration. The Aastra Mobile Client
will inform you about the expiration of this licence period. If a window is presented
where you are requested to enter an activation key, your trial period has expired. In
such case, contact your system administrator. Make sure your system administrator
has created the licence.
Aastra Mobile Client SMS licence activation (for option 2):
Aastra Mobile Client is installed with a 30 days trial period. During these 30 days a
licence activation SMS has to be sent out from the AMC portal to prevent the Aastra
Mobile Client from functioning. Please resend the licence SMS from the AMC portal if
Aastra Mobile Client plus was not running when the SMS arrived to the AMC user
phone. If a window is presented where you are requested to enter an activation key,
your trial period has expired. Make sure you have activated the client from the AMC
portal. Should the portal activation not succeed please enter the activation key that,
in this case, you should have received earlier.
Note:
If installing AMC Android from the AMC portal via download link, the phone needs
to be set to allow installations of non Android market place application.
