Other Useful Features
Account Number
An Account Number can be entered to debit telephone cost to
different accounts. Depending on the system configuration the
Account Number has to be entered from a Verified Account
Number List (predefined) or you can invent your own Account
Number. The following prerequisites apply:
• With the Verified Account Number you can restrict the making
of external calls (not a specific number or area), so everyone
who is allowed to make external calls will receive an Account
Number which has to be used each time he/she wants to make
an external call.
• Verified Account Numbers contain up to 10 digits and can only
be used before you make a call (outgoing external calls).
• Own Account Numbers contain up to 15 digits and can be used
before or during the call (outgoing external calls).
• The Account Numbers can also be used via the DISA function,
see section “ Direct Inward System Access (DISA) ” on page 76.
